Gregory Hangemanole has been named managing broker of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Logan Circle office in Washington, D.C. Hangemanole currently manages the brokerage’s Woodley Park location and will continue to oversee that office while taking on new responsibilities in Logan Circle.
