Mandie Weller, manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Frederick office, congratulates Pamela Flickinger on celebrating her tenth anniversary as a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate.

Flickinger has been affiliated with the Frederick office for ten years and is an active member of the Frederick County Association of Realtors. Flickinger earned her bachelor of science degree from Towson State University in mathematics and secondary education and received her master’s degree from Hood College in mathematics curriculum and instruction.

In her free time, she also participates in community service projects. Notably, she is a board member of the Bettie Jane Cancer Foundation since 2019 and also spends time volunteer tutoring for the “I Believe In Me” program.
