Huffman has been affiliated with the Frederick office for 10 years and is an active member of the Frederick County Association of Realtors. In 2017, she was ranked No. 7 in the Baltimore/Washington Region for individual sales with just over $16 million. Huffman became the team lead of “The Taylor Huffman Team” in 2018 and has grown the team to incorporate four more productive members.

Using a “clients first” mentality, Huffman has grown her team of talented sales agents. With her team being so productive, she has been afforded an opportunity to scale back and enjoy raising her two small children, while also being an active member of the Maryland Agriculture community and serve on several boards including the Maryland Young Farmers Advisory Board, Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation Foundation and the Frederick County Farm Bureau. But Huffman is never far from real estate and has stated, “work is my hobby”.
