Long & Foster’s Bethesda All Points Office Announces its Top Producing Agents for December 2019

February 19, 2020

The Bethesda All Points office, led by Vice President and Managing Broker, Susan Sanford, is pleased to announce its Top Producers for December 2019.  Kelly Bohi earned top agent listing by volume, The Michael Seay Team closed the most rental volume, Toya Giacomini had top units for the month, and Leigh Slaughter was awarded top agent in sales volume.

“We are proud to announce Kelly, Michael, Mike, Toya, and Leigh as December’s top sales agents in the Bethesda All Points office,” said Larry “Boomer” Foster, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “They are a great example of Long & Foster’s highly-trained professionals who go to great lengths to best serve clients seeking the total homeownership experience.”

Over the course of her 18-year career, Bohi has consistently been a member of Long & Foster’s Gold Team clubs (President, Founder, and Chairman) and is part of the company’s most elite and exclusive group, the DC Metro Luxury Alliance.  She is December’s leader in listing volume.

Newly formed, The Michael Seay Team has had an active and successful start at the Bethesda All Points office and has ended December closing the most rental volume.

Giacomini has proven experience as the top sales agent in units with over 35 years of real estate experience as an agent working with both local and international clients in the D.C. metro area.

Slaughter achieved December’s top agent in sales volume.  She transitioned from a successful career in government and law into real estate almost nine years ago.

Congratulations to Sanford and all her office’s Top Producers for the month of December.

Dan Jay, senior mortgage consultant, with Prosperity Home Loans, awarded the coveted Affiliate Service Awards to Chris Gaginis (October 2019), Page Eisinger and Marie McCormack (November 2019), and Lydia Benson (December 2019).  The Affiliate Service Award is given to agents with the most “grand slams,” that is, with the most transactions in which their clients use Long & Foster affiliates for their title, mortgage, and insurance services.

Gaginis has met success in a relatively short time at the Bethesda All Points office, as he earned his award within his first two years of working in the office.  Eisinger and McCormack are regularly two of Bethesda All Points’ top producing agents and finished in a tie for November’s Affiliate Service Award.  Benson, another Bethesda All Points top producer and a D.C. metro Luxury Alliance member, earned the December Affiliate Award.
