Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes LaNiece Johnson to its Annandale, Virginia, office. Johnson will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Johnson is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating, and more. Johnson holds membership in the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.

“I have a military background and I understand the challenges many families face when relocating,” Johnson said. “Working in real estate will help me serve military families in another capacity.”

Johnson is a Maryland native and 20-year Air Force veteran who takes pride in understanding the needs of her clients and using them to create an individualized approach to home buying.  Her knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail are a catalyst for satisfied and repeat clients. She enjoys traveling with her husband and is a foodie, enjoying the best cuisine the East Coast has to offer.
