The Yeatman Group to Represent Harring Construction in Veranda Oaks at Magnolia Green and RounTrey

Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, has announced that The Yeatman Group is now representing Harring Construction in Veranda Oaks at Magnolia Green and RounTrey. Harring Construction is locally-owned by Jeremy Harring, a fourth-generation builder with over 20 years of experience in the greater Richmond area. He has received numerous awards, including Best in Show for Homearama 2014.

Harring Construction focuses on building homes that are energy efficient and future forward by integrating technology and advanced building techniques in both design and function. Each home is independently certified by a Home Energy Rated System (HERS) inspector and scored to showcase the increased efficiencies as compared to the average new home.

The Yeatman Group, led by Kyle Yeatman with Long & Foster Real Estate, is excited to have the new homes by Harring Construction included in their portfolio.

“Jeremy’s reputation for superior craftsmanship and excellence in customer service contribute to his longevity and success in the new home industry,” Yeatman said. “Harring Construction offers many incredible floor-plans yet will also fully customize a plan to cater to a buyer’s vision. This makes it nearly impossible to not ultimately result in a buyer’s dream home.”

Harring Construction has been selected as one of the area’s premier builders to be featured in Homearama 2015 in RounTrey beginning in early May. “We are very excited to be a part of the area’s most exciting single-site home show, sponsored by the Home Building Association of Richmond,” said Cindy Jez, vice president of new homes for Long & Foster Real Estate. “The Yeatman Group and Harring Construction are certainly a winning combination for this year’s show.”
