Long & Foster Real Estate announced today that their licensee office, Webber & Associates, located in Winchester, Virginia, will transition to the Long & Foster brand, effective June 8.
Jeff Webber, who heads the Webber & Associates team, will remain with Long & Foster, shifting to a career in sales. Sue Goodwin, who is the current office manager at Webber & Associates, will take on a new role as managing broker. In this role, Sue will help their team’s agents to best support area buyers and sellers, leveraging the power of the Long & Foster brand and the tremendous resources that come from being part of Long & Foster.
Founded by Webber in October 1991, Webber & Associates has built a remarkable presence in the great Winchester area. By combining the Webber & Associates office with the dozens of Long & Foster offices in the Northern Virginia and West Virginia, the company will be well positioned to gain an even greater presence and provide even better support to consumers in the local area.
“We’re confident that bringing together these two brands – Webber & Associates and Long & Foster – will greatly benefit the Webber & Associates team and their clients,” said Larry “Boomer” Foster, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “Gaining access to Long & Foster’s many marketing, technology, training and other resources will strengthen and expand the already high quality of service Webber & Associates agents have been providing to clients in the Winchester area.”
