Vickie Zevgolis, a Realtor Associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Tri-Cities/Southpark office, has earned the Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI) designation. Awarded by the National Association of Realtors, the GRI designation recognizes that Zevgolis successfully completed a course of study that provided a solid base of information designed to further her expertise within the real estate industry.
“The GRI designation is one that I have aspired to receive, as it is a major resource which affords the opportunity to increase my real estate knowledge and skills, to better represent both my buyers and sellers in this ever changing market,” Zevgolis said.
Zevgolis received the nationally recognized designation by completing 60 classroom hours of real estate instruction with emphasis on topics such as legal liabilities, professional standards, brokerage relationships, contracts and specialized areas such as appraisal, negotiations and house construction. The designation is awarded exclusively to Realtors.
Zevgolis received an Associate’s degree from Richard Bland College and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She received the 2017 Top Residential Team Award from the Southside Virginia Association of Realtors and is an Accredited Buyers Representative and a Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist.
