Urban Pace, a recognized leader in residential real estate development services, today announced the addition of urban luxury residential expert Laura Henne to the firm’s Washington-based sales, marketing and advisory team. “Washington, DC has emerged as a major player in the luxury real estate market. To accommodate the increased demand for our unique expertise and proprietary strategies, we continue to grow our team. Laura is the perfect fit, a consummate professional with a proven track record both in outselling the competition and exceeding client expectations,” said Clint Mann, President of Urban Pace.
Henne most recently managed transactions involving 1,500 units, with a combined sales volume of more than $750 million. “I have always kept a close eye on Urban Pace and what they were doing. As the organization continued to grow and win some of the most exciting condominium projects in the area, I knew I wanted to be a part of it,” said Laura Henne. “I am delighted that my first project, eNvy, will be a landmark building as the only condominium project in the Capitol Riverfront with views directly into Nationals Park.”
Significant current Urban Pace assignments include:
- Sales and Marketing strategies for eNvy, a 127-unit condominium community
overlooking the home of Major League Baseball’s Washington Nationals, developed by
Jair Lynch Real Estate Partners
- Development consultant and sales and marketing team for forthcoming residential
condominium and townhome projects at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center
