Chantilly, Va., Feb. 28, 2018 – Long & Foster | Christie’s International Real Estate announced veteran Northern Virginia real estate agent Mike Anastasia has joined the brokerage at its McLean offices.
Anastasia brings a team of five agents to the company’s 1355 Beverly Road location, in the heart of McLean, Virginia. His group will combine with a two-person team led by Long & Foster | Christie’s agent Victoria Kilcullen.

While Anastasia’s primary focus has been in the luxury segment, he said with this move, his office will better be able to serve buyers and sellers across the pricing spectrum.
Anastasia first entered the real estate business in 1979 in Augusta, Georgia, and four years later left the industry to launch a mobile communications and technology store in McLean. He returned to real estate 14 years ago and sold his store after a successful 29-year run so he could focus on helping clients buy and sell homes. Since 2013, he has routinely represented buyers and sellers in the Washington D.C. region’s highest-value property transactions as listed by The Washington Post.
Working with his daughter, Ashley, who is one of his real estate partners, Anastasia closed a deal last year that was the state’s second-largest residential real estate closing by dollar value. The McLean custom home sold for $12.5 million.
