Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Todd Wilson to its Tri-Cities Southpark office in Colonial Heights, Virginia. Wilson will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.
“We are very excited and fortunate to have Todd join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Nancy Steinke, manager of the Tri-Cities Southpark office. “The combination of Long & Foster and Todd’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”
Wilson is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Wilson holds membership in the Southside Virginia Association of REALTORS.
“New agent training is why I considered joining Long & Foster, but what captured me was, Managing Broker, Nancy Steinke and Sales Manager, David Tucker’s ability to provide the confidence that every agent, new or experienced is a valued member of this professional family,” said Wilson. “I am looking forward to learning and growing my real estate career with Long & Foster.”
“We’re pleased to announce Todd has joined the Long & Foster family,” said Dawn Bradley, senior vice president and regional manager of Long & Foster’s Richmond region. “We welcome Todd to Long & Foster, a company that provides the best training and tools for agents to exceed their client’s expectations.”
Prior to joining Long & Foster, Wilson proudly served his country and community for the past 29 years – first as a United States Marine Corps Veteran, then as a law enforcement professional. Wilson currently serves as the elected sheriff of the City of Colonial Heights and sits on several regional and local community boards. Wilson’s biggest support and pride is being the father to two amazing young adults. When not at work, you can find Wilson at the golf course, watching sporting events, or just spending time with family and friends.
