Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Todd Johnson to its Grove office in Richmond, Virginia. Johnson will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.
“We are very excited and fortunate to have Todd join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Dawn Bradley, manager of the Grove office. “The combination of Long & Foster and Todd unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”
Johnson is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Johnson holds membership in the Richmond Association of Realtors.
“I couldn’t be happier joining the Grove Avenue office, said Johnson. “The family atmosphere and culture of success is exactly what led me here.”
“The dynamics of today’s residential real estate market are constantly changing. Participating in our Success Path program has provided Todd with the right tools to meet those changing dynamics,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “We welcome Todd to Long & Foster, a company that has helped local buyers and sellers reach their homeownership goals for over 50 years.”
Johnson attributes his wife, Rachel, and son, Theodore, as his inspiration to be successful on a daily basis. “Sales has always come naturally to me, going back to my boy scout days in front of grocery stores,” said Johnson. He attended Monacan High School and has called Richmond home for over 25 years. In his leisure time, Johnson enjoys outdoor sports, attending live music events, gardening, reading, and camping.
