Long & Foster Real Estate congratulates Tina Holt, on her seventh anniversary as a managing broker with the company. Holt is the vice president and managing broker of several offices in Virginia including the Oceanfront/Coastal office and Eastern Shore offices of Accomac, Cape Charles, Chincoteague and Captain’s Cove. Holt is also a broker in charge in North Carolina and a managing broker in Maryland.

A realtor since 1993, Holt has earned several designations including Residential Marketing Master, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and Senior Real Estate Specialist. She has been a member of the Hampton Roads Association of Realtors for several years and is on the Professional Standards Committee. She serves as vice chair on the Realtor/Lawyer Committee.
In October of 2019, Holt was appointed by the Coastal Virginia Women’s Council of Realtors to serve on its Events Planning Committee. The Women’s Council of REALTORS is recognized as the voice for women in real estate, and the premier source for the development of leaders in the industry, organized real estate and beyond.
Holt is mother to three sons, each of whom have served or are currently serving in the military. She is “MiMi” to five grandchildren and an adorable baby girl, who is on the way.
