Congratulations to Tina Holt, manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Oceanfront/Coastal office, Eastern Shore, and the Kitty Hawk office on celebrating her eighth anniversary with Long & Foster Real Estate. Holt is a vice president and managing Broker in Virginia, a broker in charge in North Carolina, and a managing broker in Maryland.

Holt has been a realtor since 1993, and in that time, she has earned several designations including Residential Marketing Master, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Senior Real Estate Specialist. She has been a member of the Hampton Roads Association of Realtors for several years and is on the Professional Standards Committee. She serves as Vice Chair on the Realtor/Lawyer Committee.

In 2019, Holt was appointed by the Coastal Virginia Women’s Council of Realtors to serve on its Events Planning Committee. The Women’s Council of REALTORS is recognized as the voice for women in real estate and the premier source for the development of leaders in the industry, organized real estate and beyond.

Holt is a mother of three sons and “MiMi” to her six grandchildren. She is also a Certified Life and Leadership Coach, as well as a Motivational Speaker. In 2020, she became a best-selling author of the book “Green Bananas”.
