Award marks the team’s fourth consecutive year at the top

The Yeatman Group of Long & Foster Real Estate has been recognized as the No. 1 team in the company for 2025, ranking first in both sales volume and units among all teams. Led by Kyle Yeatman, The Yeatman Group achieved $365.6 million in total sales volume and nearly 740 closed units in 2025. This is the fourth consecutive year The Yeatman Group has ranked first by units company-wide and the third time they have earned the same honors by volume, having achieved top status for volume across the entire brokerage in 2023 and 2024.

Now comprising 50 agents and 72 total team members, The Yeatman Group serves buyers and sellers across Central and Coastal Virginia, including the Richmond region, Virginia Beach, Norfolk and the Farmville area. The team’s continued growth builds on its strong national recognition and reputation for delivering exceptional results and client service.
