The Schoeffler Team Joins Long & Foster’s Newark, Delaware Office

NEWARK, Delaware, April 3, 2025 Kim and Frank Schoeffler have joined Long & Foster Real Estate at its Newark office in Newark, Delaware. The Schoefflers will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Kim and Frank to our office and to our team!,” said Erik Hoferer, office manager and managing broker of the Newark office. “The combination of Long & Foster and Kim and Frank’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”

Kim and Frank are both participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentoring programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. The Schoefflers hold memberships in the New Castle County Association of Realtors.

The Schoefflers are residents of Middletown, Delaware and the parents of two grown children.  Both are servants within the community with a very strong sense of contribution to those around them. 

Kim Schoeffler has a background in nursing that extends more than 30 years.  A Master’s graduate of the University of Delaware, Kim is a nurse mentor that places a strong emphasis on service to her patients and clients alike.  She makes everything more enjoyable and has great strategic decision making skills. 

Frank Schoeffler is a professional fire fighter at the Good Will Fire Co. in New Castle.  He is a senior staff member with more than 30 years of experience on the job.  People say he works well under stress, has wonderful attention to detail with very strong communication skills.  He is also a passionate endurance athlete that loves to cook.
