“Christmas Eve Steve”, as he likes to call himself, was born on Christmas Eve in Richmond, Virginia. He has been married to his wife Marilyn for over 50 years. He enjoys spending his time between both areas and specializes in helping others realize their dream of finding the perfect beach condo.
