Steve Chiminello, an associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Smith Mountain Lake office, was recently honored as a member of the firm’s coveted Gold Team. 

The Gold Team is comprised of 12% of the company’s 10,000 sales associates and is divided into five groups of top producers based on annual production volume: the Diamond Club for over $100 million; the Platinum Club for $50 million to $100 million; the Masters Club for $20 million to $50 million; the Founders Club for $10 million to $20 million; and the Chairman’s Club for $5 million to $10 million.

As a Gold Team member, Chiminello is in the Founder’s Club and has achieved this ranking by achieving an annual production volume of $10-20 million in 2019.
