Fonville Morisey Realty, a Long & Foster Company, welcomes new agent Stephanie Ann Kaplan to its Wake Forest Office.

Kaplan is a mother of three who enjoys traveling, boating, event planning, and interior design. She has worked with several individuals on staging offices, apartments, and she-sheds, many with challenging design spaces. These talents will come in handy during her home selling experiences. Kaplan chose Fonville Morisey Wake Forest because she attended the Fonville Morisey school and stated “I really liked the instructor and his representation of the company.” She went on to say, “Harriette and Jeremy provided me with a warm, welcoming introduction to Fonville Morisey. Their style and philosophy matched what I was looking for.”

Originally from Franklin, Virginia, Kaplan has lived in the triangle for six years. Her knowledge of the area and passion for design will be beneficial to her new clients.

“I am always up for a challenge and I enjoy thinking outside of the box in order to make sure people’s visions come to life,” said Kaplan.  “A home is one of the most important purchases that someone will make and it is more than just four walls – it’s a feeling.”
