Virginia Beach, VA, February 6, 2026 Savannah Goodling has joined Long & Foster Real Estate at its Oceanfront/Coastal office in Virginia Beach, VA. Goodling will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Goodling was born and raised in Coastal North Carolina in the Jacksonville and Wilmington areas and has since planted roots in Coastal Virginia, where she proudly serves the Hampton Roads community. She is a devoted mother to her daughter, Eliana, and she shares her life with her boyfriend. Together, they enjoy spending time outdoors, creating lasting memories, and embracing all the fun and adventure that comes with raising a three-year-old.

After earning her Associate’s degree from Coastal Carolina Community College, Goodling continued her education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she studied marketing, business, and elementary education.

Goodling is passionate about community involvement and regularly supports local businesses, client appreciation events, and community-focused initiatives. She is a Certified Buffini Mentor and actively participates in Ninja Business Coaching, alongside ongoing professional development and collaboration within the real estate community.

Before entering real estate, Goodling spent more than 16 years building experience in customer service, marketing, and business operations. That background enables her to provide a highly organized, relationship-driven, and strategic experience for every client she serves.

Outside of real estate, Goodling’s life centers around family and connection. In her spare time, she enjoys classic three-year-old activities, visiting dog parks, taking walks with their dog Zara, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time together.
