Sandy Huffman, an associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Staunton/Waynesboro office, was recently honored as a member of the firm’s coveted Gold Team.
The Gold Team comprises 12% of the company’s 10,000 sales associates and is divided into five groups of top producers based on annual production volume: the Diamond Club for over $100 million; the Platinum Club for $50 million to $100 million; the Masters Club for $20 million to $50 million; the Founders Club for $10 million to $20 million; and the Chairman’s Club for $5 million to $10 million.
As a Gold Team member, Huffman is in the Chairman’sClub and earned this ranking by achieving an annual production volume of $7 million in 2019. “It is such an honor to be a member of the coveted Gold Team at Long & Foster,” Huffman said.
Huffman has been in the real estate business for over 22 years serving the Shenandoah Valley. She has held positions with the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors, previously serving as the association’s president, a member on its Board of Directors, and its Board secretary.
Huffman currently resides in Staunton with her husband and enjoys spending time with her grandson. She is very active in her church and teaches Kid’s Power Zone.
When discussing why she works in real estate, Huffman said, “All my jobs since my youth have been to come along beside and help people. As a Realtor, I love to help with the heart of a teacher and not a salesperson. Helping them understand and to thrive within all their real estate journeys.”
“It’s all about experiences and connections for me. I have had the awesome, heart-warming experience of getting to know many of the homeowners here in our area as they buy and sell their properties and I count it a joy to be a part of their team,” she said. “Let’s create a real estate experience you can feel good about – with open communication, research, value and laughter!”
“At Long & Foster we recognize that becoming one of our multi-million-dollar producers is only accomplished with marketplace expertise and a long-standing commitment to serving buyers and sellers,” said Larry “Boomer” Foster, president of Long & Foster. “Long & Foster has a reputation of honesty, integrity and best-in-class customer service that spans more than 50 years. Agents like Sandy are an integral part of why Long & Foster is the top real estate company in the Mid-Atlantic.”
