Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Ryan Bielat to its Shore Drive-Coastal office located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Bielat will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.
“We are very excited and fortunate to have Ryan Bielat join our team of highly trained professionals,” said John Powell, supervising broker of the Shore Drive-Coastal office. “The combination of Long & Foster and Ryan’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”
A Virginia Beach native, Bielat graduated from Frank W. Cox High School in 2001. Soon after, he studied exercise science at San Diego Mesa College and then graphic design at Old Dominion University.
Bielat has had a successful career in fitness and exercise for over 10 years. Following college, he served as the manager of a local personal training company for three years before returning to school in Denver, Colorado, in 2011 for a muscular therapy certification called muscle activation techniques.
Bielat founded his own therapy company a year later, VBMAT, which currently serves the Hampton Roads area addressing muscular imbalances and overuse injuries, and operates out of Stability CrossFit. He co-founded Stability CrossFit, located in Hilltop Regency, which is currently one of the largest CrossFit gyms in Virginia Beach in 2013. He resides in Virginia Beach with his wife and two little girls, ages two and four.
Bielat is participating in Long & Foster Shore Drive-Coastal’s Step & Mentoring program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating, and more.
“Ever since college I’ve had an interest in becoming a Realtor and I am finally taking the initiative to get this chapter started,” Bielat said. “I’m looking forward to what the future holds.”
