Roslyn Spence Cousins, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Village of Midlothian office, has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation. Long & Foster is the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States.
Awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors NAR, the ABR designation recognizes that Cousins has a unique understanding homebuyers needs and how to best serve them, specialized information to stay on top of home buying issues and trends, and exclusive resources to share with their clients that provides Cousins with a greater competitive edge in today’s market.
“I view the importance of earning this designation as a benchmark tool to elevate the services that I can provide to my all of my clients,” Cousins said.
A Realtor since 2007, Cousins has been affiliated with Long & Foster’s Village of Midlothian office since starting her career. Cousins, is a member of Long & Foster’s coveted Director’s Club for producing more than $2 million in settled sales volume in 2014 and is a member of the Silver Team.
Cousins is a long standing member of the National Association of Realtors, the Richmond Association of Realtors and the Virginia Association of Realtors. She currently resides in Chesterfield with her husband and their dog, Smoke.
