Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, welcomes Rita Taylor as a sales associate in its Devon office at 92 Lancaster Ave., in Devon, Pa. Taylor has joined the Devon office’s satellite location at Wayne and will be working with the Art Herling Team. The Wayne location is managed by Devon Manager and Vice President Janet Rubino.

A multi-million dollar producer, Taylor has worked for several Delaware Valley firms including Weichert Realtors, Coldwell Banker and was previously affiliated with Long & Foster. Taylor also has investment and renovation experience, as she has rehabbed and sold investment properties. She has been a member of several top sales production clubs at her previous brokerage firms.
Prior to her real estate career, Taylor owned and managed her own floor covering business, McCurley’s Floor Coverings, and she also was a sales administrator for Gelco Transport International Pool in Bala Cynwyd, Pa. A graduate of West Catholic High School in Philadelphia, Taylor and her family are residents of Havertown where she is active within local artistic productions, and she is also actively involved on the board of Calcutta House in Philadelphia. She is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently, and she has donated her time to numerous charitable organizations as a Spanish translator.
