Prein Eiermann Group Joins Long & Foster’s Greenville, Del., Office

West Prein and Marian Eiermann of the Prein Eiermann Group are now part of the Long & Foster family.

Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc., the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States, welcomes the Prein Eiermann Group to its Greenville office in Greenville, Del. Joining Long & Foster as sales associates are team leaders West Prein and Marian Eiermann, as well as Rob Cardone, who will be part of their team.

Rob Cardone, who’s part of the Prein Eiermann Group, is now an associate at Long & Foster’s Greenville, Del., office.

Eiermann, a real estate professional since 1995, comes to Long & Foster from a nearby competitor, where she and Prein were top producers. She specializes in corporate relocation and residential real estate, often working with move-up and first-time home buyers in New Castle County, southern Chester County and western Delaware County. Eiermann earned her broker’s license in the state of Delaware in March 2014, and she’s licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Prein, who’s been in real estate since 2002, specializes in residential real estate sales and investment properties, and he often assists first-time home buyers, move-up buyers and individuals who are 55 and older in New Castle County, southern Chester County and western Delaware County. He is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. He lives in Chadds Ford, Pa., with Eiermann—his life partner.

Both Prein and Eiermann are active in their community, and they volunteer for and support the Unionville Chadds Ford Education Foundation and School District.

Cardone, who is a graduate of the University of Delaware, worked in financial services for 14 years before transitioning to a real estate career in 2006. He is licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania, and he comes to Long & Foster from a nearby competitor. Cardone lives in Wilmington, Del., with his wife and two children.
