Phil brings decades of public service experience to his work. A San Diego native, U.S. Army veteran, and graduate of San Diego State University, he moved to Cecil County, Maryland, in 1991. Before entering real estate, Phil served as a County Planner in Cecil County and New Castle County, Delaware, giving him deep expertise in land use, local regulations, and community development that continues to benefit his clients today.
Known for her warm smile and trusted local insight, Colleen brings genuine care and commitment to her work. Originally from Delaware County, PA, she has proudly called Cecil County, MD home for over 40 years. A graduate of Goldey Beacom College, she built a career in the legal field and human resources at JPMorgan before entering real estate. She also serves at the University of Delaware, reflecting her passion for helping others find their place.
