Peg Chism became a Realtor in 2001, initially becoming licensed to buy personal investment properties. Over the years Peg and John Chism have bought and rehabbed dozens of properties. Peg Chism’s success as a Residential Real Estate Specialist drew her to become a full-time Realtor. Peg Chism is experienced with buyers, sellers, relocations, multi-family developments and rentals.

John Chism became a licensed Realtor in 1990 and has over 30 years of experience as a senior level executive in the area of commercial real estate. He is experienced with buyers, sellers, leasing, investors, tenant representation and business sales. Peg and John Chism are known by their slogan, “Where Experience Counts.”

They are both multi-million-dollar producers. Peg Chism is a member of the Century 21 Centurion Honor Society and the Re/Max Hall of Fame. She has received multiple customer service awards and through continuing education has earned the following designations: Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Peg Chism attended Drexel University in Philadelphia.  

John Chism is a member of the Re/Max Executive Club and received a Certificate of Excellence from Broker/Agent Advisors. John Chism has earned the following designations: Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and Certified Flea Market Administrator (CFMA). He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a Board Member of the National Flea Market Association (NFMA). John Chism holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from the University of California Santa Barbara.

Peg and John Chism have been married for 33 years and have two sons, Joseph and Michael. They enjoy traveling together and are very active in the communities and areas in which they work. The Chism’s work in Montgomery, Bucks, Berks and Chester counties. They sponsor an annual yard sale and shredding event in Abbey Downs in Limerick Township. In addition, they sponsor an annual yard sale at The Estates at Faraway Farms each spring.
