Woodhurst has been affiliated with the Chincoteague office for eight years and is an active member of the Eastern Shore Association of Realtors. In previous years she has also acted as a Fair Housing Chair on the Eastern Shore Association of Realtors, as well as MLS Chair. Woodhurst is the association broker/lead for the Chincoteague, Captain’s Cove, and Cape Charles offices under Tina Holt.

“I have been providing professional real estate services for nearly four decades, and I am 100% committed to excellent customer service,” said Woodhurst. “I support our local communities in many ways and enjoy living on Virginia’s Eastern Shore with my husband and two golden retrievers. I have two grown children and six grandchildren. Real estate is a family affair; my daughter is also a Long & Foster agent.
