Lepper is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Lepper holds membership in the Richmond Association of Realtors.

Lepper has been a Midlothian resident since 1989. She knows the Richmond metro area well and loves sharing her enthusiasm for it. Since 2002, she has used that knowledge to provide Destination Services for her international relocation clients. In addition to her work with real estate and relocation clients, Pamela does volunteer work as a master gardener, served as president of her neighborhood homeowner’s association and loves spending time with her family, which now includes four energetic granddaughters.
