Pam Diemer, a Long & Foster Real Estate sales associate at the company’s Tuckahoe office in Richmond, Virginia, was honored for having the highest volume of real estate sales among all Long & Foster agents in the Richmond region in 2017. Diemer sold 45 units for a total of nearly $31.4 million last year. Among her noteworthy results was the sale of a $1.835 million custom Colonial home on the desirable River Road corridor.

“We’re thrilled to recognize Pam for her accomplishments and commitment to her clients,” said Amy Enoch, manager of the Tuckahoe office. “She is a professional who consistently shows true dedication to the industry and community. Pam has a real love of helping people and promoting her seller’s homes to prospective buyers.”

Diemer has nearly 15 years of experience as a real estate professional. Prior to her real estate career, she worked as a personal trust officer with a Richmond bank. There, she was a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and she continues to hold a CFP designation. Diemer attributes her strong financial background as an added benefit to her clients’ real estate experiences. In addition, her extensive use of digital marketing and customized, narrated videos of her luxury listings provide a virtual showing of the look, feel and lifestyle that the home can provide.

“The support of my manager, Amy, and the agents in the Tuckahoe office is amazing,” said Diemer. “My associates have years of accumulated experience and they are always willing to share a fresh idea or a valuable resource person.”

She focuses on Henrico, Goochland and Chesterfield counties and surrounding communities. Diemer has worked with clients through every stage of home buying, whether they are first-time buyers, move-up purchasers or downsizing sellers. With each of her clients, she strives to minimize the stress of the home buying and selling process. Her clients regularly recommend her for her market knowledge and sales expertise.

“We offer our congratulations to Pam on her success and we’re so proud that she is a member of our Long & Foster family,” said Brian Haug, Long & Foster’s senior vice president and regional manager of the Richmond region. “Long & Foster prides itself on the accomplishments of our team of highly trained professionals, and we know it’s agents like Pam that help ensure our company values of honesty, integrity and best-in-class customer service are upheld. It’s because of these agents that we are the top real estate company in the Mid-Atlantic and the No. 1 real estate firm in Richmond.”
