With summer coming to a close, NJ Realty in Sea Isle City has changed its name and started operating as Long & Foster Real Estate. Long & Foster, the No. 1 independent residential real estate company in the United States, joined forces with NJ Realty in Sea Isle City and Ocean City this past June, but delayed the company name change in Sea Isle City because of the brokerage’s extensive vacation rental business. Now that most vacationers have departed the shore-side city for the season, NJ Realty has officially become a Long & Foster operation.
The Ocean City location of NJ Realty, which specializes primarily in residential real estate, transitioned to the Long & Foster brand earlier this summer.
Andrew Fasy, a former owner of NJ Realty and the current manager in Sea Isle City, shared his excitement for the transition. “Long & Foster is well known in the real estate industry for their expertise and exceptional customer service, and we’re thrilled to be part of such a respected organization in the business,” Fasy said. “Not only will the strength of the Long & Foster brand itself benefit our team in Sea Isle City, but also the many marketing and technology resources that come with being part of Long & Foster will help our team to achieve even greater success along the New Jersey shore.”
Terry Spahr, senior vice president and regional manager of Long & Foster’s Delaware, Eastern Shore and New Jersey region, echoed Fasy’s enthusiasm. “Both of our firms—Long & Foster and NJ Realty—have a long history of success in real estate, and together, we’ll improve the already extraordinary support and services that we offer home buyers and sellers, as well as vacationers, in southern New Jersey.”
With the addition of NJ Realty’s Sea Isle City location, Long & Foster now has more than a dozen locations in New Jersey. The company also serves as the exclusive affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate throughout the southern New Jersey market. For more information, visit www.LongandFoster.com.
