Nikki McGoldrick, a sales associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Chincoteague office, has earned the LeadingRE Relocation Specialist (LRS) designation. Awarded by the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, the designation recognizes that McGoldrick successfully completed a course of study that provided a solid base of information designed to further her expertise within the real estate industry.

To earn the designation, McGoldrick completed courses through the LeadingRE Institute’s training program.  The courses focused on real estate referral and relocation practices to include relocation orientation and management, corporate inventory listings, and understanding the transferee.

“With this new designation, I am even more committed to helping those who are relocating to the area and need a professional agent they can trust,” said McGoldrick. “Whether identifying a property for a primary, second home, or as a vacation rental investment, I want to utilize my skills to make it an easy process for my clients,” said McGoldrick.

McGoldrick is a licensed real estate agent in Maryland and Virginia. Her nearly ten years of working in the property management and vacation rental field helped her to gain the knowledge to pursue her dream of becoming a real estate agent.
