Having been in the Navy for 13 years, he has a good understanding of the military community in the area. Allen started his Navy career as an aircraft mechanic and is currently working in aviation management.

Allen is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Allen holds membership in the Outer Banks Association of Realtors.
