Greenville-based team ranked 146th by volume in REAL Trends’ The Thousand list
The Mottola Group of Long & Foster Real Estate has been named as one of the top real estate teams in the nation. The Greenville, Delaware-based team ranked 146th nationwide on REAL Trends’ annual The Thousand list, based on 2017 sales volume. Led by Stephen Mottola, the team also earned the No. 212th spot on the list for top teams by 2017 closed transactions sides.

Now in its 13th year, The Thousand list ranks the top 250 individual agents and the top 250 teams categorized by transaction sides and sales volume, as well as the top 50 individual agents and teams by average sale price.
