Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Morgan Bray to its Short Pump office in Richmond, Virginia. Bray will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.
“We are very excited and fortunate to have Morgan join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Mahood Fonville, manager of the Short Pump office. “The combination of Long & Foster and Morgan unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”
Bray successfully completed Long & Foster’s STEP program, an extensive training course for newly licensed sales associates, as well as associates returning to the field of real estate. The program’s curriculum covers contracts, agency, prospecting, business planning, finance and working with buyers and sellers. Bray holds membership in the Richmond Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Home Builders Association of Richmond and its Sales and Marketing Committee.
“I’ve always been drawn to working with people in real estate – people who are buying or selling family homes, condos, investment properties and working on renovations. I expect to apply my local knowledge, contacts, resources, experience and professional training as a licensed Realtor for the benefit of my clients,” Bray said.
“The dynamics of today’s residential real estate market are constantly changing. Taking part in our STEP program has provided Morgan with the right tools to meet those changing dynamics,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “We welcome Morgan to Long & Foster, a company that has helped local buyers and sellers reach their homeownership goals for more than 45 years.”
Bray holds a bachelor’s degree from Hampden-Sydney College, in Hampden-Sydney, Virginia. Prior to joining Long & Foster, he worked in sales and judgmental lending with Capital One and Wachovia Bank. He is a native Virginian, and has resided in Richmond for over 20 years.
