Melissa Grohowski, a Realtor with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Village of Midlothian Office, has earned the Seller Representative Specialist designation. Long & Foster is the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States.
Awarded by the Council of Real Estate Broker Managers, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, the SRS designation recognizes Grohowski as an expert in representing the interests of sellers in today’s ever changing marketplace.
“With the additional training for the Seller Representative Specialist designation, I will provide comprehensive and enhanced knowledge to my sellers plus use advanced tools and techniques to provide support and services that sellers want and need in today’s marketplace,” Grohowski said.
A Realtor since 2010, Grohowski has been affiliated with Long & Foster’s Village of Midlothian office since the start of her real estate career and is a member of the Long & Foster President’s Club. Grohowski also holds the professional designations of Graduate, Realtors Institute, Accredited Buyer Representative and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource.
Grohowski is a member of the Richmond Association of Realtors. A graduate of James Madison University, she currently resides in Chesterfield with her spouse and two children.
