Meghan Oliver, an associate with Long & Foster Real Estate’s Chincoteague Sales office, was recently honored as a member of the firm’s coveted Gold Team.
The Gold Team is comprised of 12 percent of the company’s 11,000 sales associates and is divided into three groups of top producers based on annual production volume: the Masters Club for more than $20 million; the Founders Club for $10 million to $20 million; and the Chairman’s Club for $5 million to $10 million.
As a Gold Team member, Oliver is in the Founder’s Club and has achieved this ranking by achieving an annual production volume of $10 million to $20 million in 2017.
