“My husband and I began purchasing and renting properties in Avalon and Stone Harbor in 2019 and began developing high-end properties for sale at the shore in 2014,” said Messina.  “My comprehensive knowledge of property ownership and background in market analysis coupled with my desire to intereact with the community led me to pursue my career in real estate.”

“The dynamics of today’s residential real estate market are constantly changing. Participating in our Success Path program has provided Mary with the right tools to meet those changing dynamics,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “We welcome Mary to Long & Foster, a company that has helped local buyers and sellers reach their homeownership goals for over 50 years.”

A homeowner in Stone Harbor for over 20 years, Messina understands the real estate market at the shore.  Messina is eager to help both first-time buyers and seasoned property owners find their perfect home.
