Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Mark Cohen, recruited by top producing Blue Bell agent, Art Herling. Cohen will be working closely with Herling in the Blue Bell office, managed by vice president Janet Rubino. Cohen will specialize in working with residential home buyers and sellers.

Cohen has been working in the real estate industry for 27 years. When asked, what drew him to work with Long & Foster, he said, “I am returning to Long & Foster to work with Art Herling. Art has a broad knowledge of every aspect of Real Estate and I know that at this point in my career, I can benefit from what he has to share.”
Cohen has his Bachelor of Science degree from Temple University. In his spare time, Cohen is active in politics, volunteer work and is a member of a bowling league. He is married and he and his spouse, Marty, reside at Shannondell at Valley Forge.
