Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Marilyn Santiago to its Oceanfront/Coastal office in Virginia Beach. Santiago will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Santiago is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Santiago holds membership in the Hampton Roads Realtors Association.

Santiago comes to Long & Foster from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. She was born in Fajardo and grew up in the small coastal town of Luquillo. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in a foreign language at the University of Puerto Rico.  Growing up in an area that is known for its outdoor sports and beautiful beaches, Santiago has developed a love of surfing, running and yoga.

Since moving to Virginia Beach, Santiago has worked as a yoga instructor at Oceanfront Yoga, and waitressed at both Isle of Capri and No Frill Grill in Hilltop.
