Real estate veteran Marian Eiermann has been named as the sales manager at the Pike Creek office of Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independent residential real estate company in the United States. Eiermann brings to her new role nearly 20 years of experience in residential real estate sales and corporate relocation in New Castle County and nearby communities in Pennsylvania.
“I’m excited to grow my career with Long & Foster and lead the team of highly trained professionals in our Pike Creek office,” said Eiermann. “Long & Foster is known for attracting high-caliber sales associates and clientele and for leading the industry by providing the best and latest tools, technology and training, and I look forward to building the Pike Creek office and the company brand in New Castle County and all of Delaware.”
Eiermann came to Long & Foster from a nearby competitor, where she was a top-producing agent along with her partner, West Prein. As part of the Prein Eiermann Group, Eiermann oversaw the team’s strategic marketing and business development efforts and coordinated all aspects of the sales process with a focus on client satisfaction. She brings these skills to her new role at Long & Foster, where she will support the more than two dozen real estate professionals to build and grow their careers.
“Marian has a remarkable track record in real estate, as well as expertise in corporate marketing and project management,” said Terry Spahr, regional vice president for Long & Foster’s New Jersey and Delaware region. “She’s known for her professionalism and customer service, as well as her dedication to helping her fellow agents and clients to accomplish their real estate goals, and these talents will greatly benefit our team at the Pike Creek office, as well as our company as a whole.”
“Supporting today’s real estate professionals takes a highly skilled and experienced leader like Marian,” said Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “As the No. 1 brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast region, we’re excited to welcome another successful manager to the Long & Foster family and are confident that Marian will help our agents and clients achieve success in real estate.”
Eiermann has a Bachelor of Business Administration in management and human resources from Pace Universtity in New York. She earned her broker’s license in the state of Delaware in March 2014, and she’s licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania. She lives in Chadds Ford, Pa., with Prein. They are both active in the community, and they volunteer for and support the Unionville Chadds Ford Education Foundation and School District.
