Leading Realtor ranks among brokerage’s top associates
June marks an incredible milestone for Margaret Wade, a leading real estate agent with Long & Foster’s Grove office in Richmond, Va. Wade will celebrate her 20th anniversary with the brokerage on June 1, 2025.

Wade has been affiliated with the Grove office for 20 years and is an active member of the Richmond Association of Realtors. She ranked as the No. 1 individual agent in Long & Foster’s Richmond region from 2019 to 2024, and she’s the No. 3 individual agent by volume across the brokerage’s entire market, from North Carolina to New Jersey. While Wade sells all over the Richmond region, she’s made her mark in the city in the Near West End (Libbie & Grove, Westhampton, Windsor Farms) as its region’s No. 1 agent for the past seven years.
