Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Mara Claffy, recruited by top producing agent Art Herling. Claffy will be working closely with Herling in the Wayne office, which is managed by Vice President Janet Rubino. Claffy will specialize in working with residential home buyers and sellers.
“We are very excited and fortunate to have Mara join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Janet Rubino. “The combination of Long & Foster and Mara’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to our market.”
While Claffy is new to the Real Estate world, her parents have been working in the Real Estate industry for years, including her mother who is also a Long & Foster agent. When asked what drew her to work with Long & Foster, she said, “Watching my mom help to make the buying/selling experience easy and enjoyable for her clients has really inspired me to do the same for those in my community, especially those in need of bilingual services.”
“We’re so pleased to announce Mara has joined the Long & Foster family,” said Larry “Boomer” Foster, president of Long & Foster Real Estate. “As the No. 1 brokerage in the Mid-Atlantic region, we operate with an agent-first mentality. We look forward to the energetic partnership Mara has created by deciding to work at Long and Foster in our industry-leading Wayne office.”
