Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Maddie Cox to its Tri-Cities Southpark office in Colonial Heights, Virginia. Cox will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Cox is participating in Long & Foster’s Success Path program, which offers extensive training and resources for agents at any stage of their career. The program’s curriculum includes tools for agents to build their business, mentor-style programs, techniques for prospecting and working with buyers and sellers, skills for negotiating and more. Cox holds membership in the Southside Virginia Association of Realtors.
“I was drawn to launch my real estate career because I have always had a passion for helping people. I figured, why not make a career helping others find a house and help them make it their home,” Cox said.

Cox is a Chesterfield County native, residing in Matoaca, Virginia. Currently, she is working toward a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in marketing to amplify her real estate career. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outside in nature with her family, friends, and her dog, Gunner Lee.
