Dierks successfully completed Long & Foster’s Star Builders program, an extensive training course for newly licensed sales associates as well as those returning to real estate. The program’s curriculum covers contracts, agency, prospecting, business planning, finance and working with buyers and sellers. Dierks holds membership in the Cape May County Association of Realtors®.
Dierks began her life-long interest in community service by following her mother to church outreach programs as a child. As an undergraduate at the College of Wooster in Ohio, she organized college volunteers with local mentally and physically handicapped adults in tutoring and Special Olympics. While working as a Peace Corps Volunteer with USAID in the Dominican Republic, she created an AIDS education program still utilized by current volunteers. Today, Dierks continues this commitment to service at Long & Foster Real Estate by participating in community programs and works to meet the individual needs of her real estate clients. Dierks’ commitment to community service and passion for helping other’s will be her foundation for a successful career in real estate.
