Long-time Long & Foster sales professional prioritizes serving his clients
Long & Foster Real Estate is pleased to announce that Chuck Jenkins has joined the Westham office in Richmond, Virginia. This office, which also serves as the company’s regional headquarters, is led by Sarah Freeman, managing broker.
Jenkins, who grew up in Chesterfield and Hanover Counties, has been partnered with Long & Foster for most of his 18-year career.
As an entrepreneur, Jenkins founded a real estate team with his son in 2018. Within a few short years, the two grew the Mechanicsville-based team to an incredible 18 agents, with 180 annual transactions and nearly $60 million in sales.
“Although I loved building a successful team with my son, I would much rather spend my time helping clients than managing an office. That’s when I decided to return to my roots as an independent real estate agent,” said Jenkins. “In addition to an excellent administrative staff, the Westham office will provide me with a more centralized location to better serve my clients in and around the Greater Richmond area.”
An industry icon, Jenkins is known for his knowledge, skill, and extensive experience. Over his illustrious career, he has helped thousands of families by providing sound advice, a stress-free process, and a caring approach to homebuying and selling.
“We are very excited and fortunate that Chuck has affiliated with our Westham office,” said Dawn Bradley, senior vice president and regional manager of the Richmond and Charlottesville/Staunton Regions. “Chuck has always been a true professional who puts his clients first. We look forward to his continued success.”
