Trimborn and Kiziroglou make up the Philly Property Group, a part of the Art Herling Team that operates in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia.

With years of experience between them, including property management, $100M+ in asset management, 17 years of finance and auditing, plus having rented 1,500+ units, Trimborn & Kiziroglou are able to provide their clients with analysis of the market and insight into the profitability of every multi-family property.

“You have to have someone with extensive experience to make sure everyone is working together and on the same page, “ said Kiziroglou. “Coming from more than 17 years of working for a Fortune 15 Company and auditing multi-billion dollar processes,  I have been able to apply the same techniques to these transactions that help our clients feel comfortable about the asset they are purchasing.”

Clients of the Philly Property Group not only get guidance and expertise to get a sale closed, they also are coached on how to become effective landlords. “Having leased over 1,500 units with over 40+ investors around Temple University and Francisville in my early career, I learned what investors shouldn’t buy,  said Trimborn. “The key to a successful multifamily investment is how well it will rent. The next part is coaching our clients on how to be accountable landlords. When purchasing a multifamily asset, you are running a business in which there are rules and regulations that must be adhered to in the city of Philadelphia. It’s our job to help guide investors and connect them with key partnerships to make sure they are running their business as effectively as possible.”
