Long & Foster’s Tina Holt Appointed to REIN Board of Directors

December 29, 2022

Tina Holt, senior vice president and regional manager of Long & Foster’s Hampton Road and Northeastern North Carolina, has been appointed by the Real Estate Information Network (REIN) to serve on its Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is responsible for making rules and regulation changes and setting the fiscal policies of the organization. Each member of the board serves a two-year term.

When asked why she wished to serve on the Board of Directors, Holt said, “I have a strong commitment to a high level of professionalism in my relationships with clients, customers fellow agents and colleagues. I wish to take an active part in planning for the future with REIN and establishing or reviewing policies and to ensure the organization is fiscally sound.”

A Realtor since 1993, Holt came to Long & Foster’s Oceanfront/Coastal office in 2013 as a branch manager. In 2017, she took management of another office in Virginia Beach, as well as three locations on the Eastern Shore. Always looking to further our footprint, Holt was quickly able to expand the company’s service into Maryland’s Eastern Shore as well as Northeastern North Carolina, including the Outer Banks.

Holt has served on many local real estate association communities throughout her career and currently serves as vice chair of the Broker/Owners Council. She was recognized as an honoree for 2022 in Women in Business.
