The Richmond Homearama is a single-site show sponsored by the Home Building Association of Richmond featuring five fully furnished custom homes showcasing the finest in new home designs. This year’s Homearama takes place at Henrico’s premiere community, GreenGate. The vibrant, urban community, situated on 75 acres will offer over 270 luxury homes at completion with shopping, restaurants, walking trails, a clubhouse, pool, parks and convenient access to interstate highways.
