The Swanson Morris Team, a sales team in Long & Foster Real Estate’s Blacksburg/NRV office, has been named as one of the company’s top 100 teams. The team consists of Wendy Swanson, Priscilla Morris, and Chad Tickle. They earned a spot on the list—known as the Top 100 Elite Performers—based on their 2022 volume/transaction sides.

Known for their in-depth knowledge of the New River Valley, the team’s long-standing sales success and local reputation has placed them in the top tier of Realtors for many years.

Swanson has been with Long & Foster since 2016 and is a member of Long & Foster’s Gold Team (a coveted recognition earned by the company’s top producers). She is a lifelong resident of Southwest Virginia and a Virginia Tech alumna. She brings over 15 years of combined experience working in mortgage banking and small business management. In addition, Swanson has experience working in a fortune 500 company. She has also earned the following designations in the Real Estate Industry: SRS, GRI, ABR, and PSA.

Morris, a native of the New River Valley, is a graduate of Radford University. Before becoming a Realtor, she taught high school mathematics for almost 10 years. She also owned and operated a specialty shop named Priscilla’s for eight years. Morris has been a Realtor for 32 years, joining Long & Foster in 2005.  She has been a member of Long & Foster’s Masters Club and Founders Club and was a Rookie of the year in her first full year in the business. She has also won the coveted Ethics in Action Award from the NRVAR. Morris has received the following designations in the Real Estate Industry: CRS, GRI, ABR, and SFR.
